Adopt Resolution #2019-088, which approves Case No. Z-19019, Breedin Property, as it pertains to the rezoning of 4.3 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 15, from B-2, Neighborhood Business District, to B-3, General Business District.

Background: The subject property is currently zoned B-2, Neighborhood Business District.  The designation of B-3, General Business District, has been requested in order to install an animal clinic with kennels and boarding.

 

The Planning Commission considered this request at its May 2, 2019 meeting and voted to recommend APPROVAL to the County Commission.
