Recommendation
Take the following actions:
1) Approve the specifications and authorize the Purchasing Director to place a competitive bid for the purchase and installation of audio/video systems for the Courtrooms located in the Baldwin County Courthouse, Fairhope Satellite Courthouse and Foley Satellite Courthouse; and
2) Further, authorize the Chairman/Purchasing Division Commissioner for the Baldwin County Commission to approve any necessary addendums or clarifications if required after the bid is advertised.

Previous Commission action/date: N/A
Background: The Presiding Circuit Court Judge Scott Taylor has requested that the County place a competitive bid for the purchase and installation of Audio/Video Systems for the Courtrooms located in the Baldwin County Courthouse, Fairhope Satellite Courthouse and Foley Satellite Courthouse. County staff met on a couple of occasions with Judge Taylor and his staff to review the functional requirements for this project. The attached specifications are the outcome of those meetings. The specifications are for fully installed systems. Judge Taylor will reimburse the County for this project from the State of Alabama Courts monies.
