Recommendation
Authorize Staff to release the Surety Document (Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit) from National Bank of Commerce on behalf of Breland Homes, LLC in the amount of $81,717.76 to guarantee the workmanship and materials of the roadway and drainage improvements within the public right-of-way as shown on the approved Final Plat and “As-Built” construction plans.
