BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Previous Commission action/date: February 9, 2010
Background: On February 9, 2010 Baldwin County Commission executed an agreement with Oracle America, Inc. for time and attendance licensing and support services. Under the terms of the agreement, when the County’s annual Enterprise Operating Budget as adjusted per the agreement exceeded $128 million, a cost adjustment and subsequent true-up would become necessary. To monitor this activity, CIS submits a License Verification Form to Oracle on an annual basis. Because the Enterprise Operating Budget reported on January 22, 2018 exceeded the $128 million threshold by $743,862, a true-up of the renewal cost is required. Total cost of the true-up is $25,963.11 ($21,281.25 for Program Fees + $4,681.86 for Program-Related Service Offerings Fees). The proposed adjustment will increase Operating Budget level requirement from $128 million to $140.8 million.
