Background: Mr. Drew Niederriter, Vice President and Kirk Sims, Vice President, of Fort Morgan Paradise Joint Venture, were in attendance at the June 11, 2019, BCC Work Session to discuss the Beach Club West NFWF Project.
At this time, staff is bringing a letter of support for the Beach Club West NFWF Project for the Commission’s consideration.
