Recommendation
Authorize the Chairman to execute an agreement between H. O. Weaver and Sons, Inc. and Baldwin County for the following:
1) Use of Old Mobile Road as a “Local Traffic Only” detour during the installation of a new drainage pipe under US Highway 31; and
2) The resurfacing of Old Mobile Road upon completion of the project.

Previous Commission action/date: N/A
Background: H.O. Weaver and Sons, Inc. is requesting to use Old Mobile Road as a “Local Traffic Only” detour while they are installing a new drainage pipe under US Highway 31. The detour will be needed for up to 12 days. For use of the road, H.O. Weaver and Sons, Inc. will resurface the unimproved section of Old Mobile Road (approximately 1,300 feet) upon completion of the project.
