Background: BRATS received a request on July 19, 2019, from Jennifer Datcher, Coordinator of Events and Education for the Association of County Commissions of Alabama (ACCA), for the use of a BRATS bus for ACCA convention attendees on August 21, 2019, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. The ACCA is requesting that the County donate the use of the bus and a driver. The cost to BRATS to provide this service is estimated to be $336.00 including commute time.
