STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Take the following actions:
1) Approve the Memorandum of Agreement between the Baldwin County Commission and the Baldwin County Board of Education for the allocation of the Education Trust Fund to be used to provide educational services to the Baldwin County Juvenile Detention Center. The term of this agreement will be October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020, and is automatically renewed upon mutual agreement of each party; and
2) Authorize the Commission Chairman to sign the agreement and any related documents.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Previous Commission action/date: 08/21/2018
Background: The Education Trust Fund provides funding through the Baldwin County Board of Education allocated to the Juvenile Detention Center based on the number of beds (30), and monies are dispersed annually for educational purposes.
