1) Authorize the Purchasing Manager to advertise a competitive bid for the Americans with Disabilities Act “ADA” Sidewalk Curb Ramp Compliance Phase 2 Project; and


2) Authorize the Chairman to execute any project related documents

Background: 

Sidewalk Curb Ramp sites with ADA deficiencies were identified in the ADA Transition Plan. The sites included in this project will address all level 4 severity condition sites and others identified for the Phase 2 project.

 

Project funds of $200,000.00 are budgeted in Fiscal Year 2019.
