For Discussion:
Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM) has scheduled a Public Hearing for the purpose of consideration of proposed amendments to division 13 of the ADEM Administrative Code. This Public Hearing is scheduled for September 5, 2019, at 10:30 a.m. ADEM proposes to amend the Administrative Code to adopt new standards for the beneficial use of by-product materials for the purpose of land application.
Mrs. Terri Graham would like to discuss the new regulations with the Commissioners prior to ADEM’s Public Hearing to get the Baldwin County Commission’s input so that she can make plans to attend and voice any questions or concerns on behalf of the body.
