Recommendation
Approve an Intergovernmental Service Agreement between the Baldwin County Commission and the Town of Elberta for Area 300 Maintenance Crews to replace culvert pipes on Main Street between U.S. Highway 98 and Pine Street inside the corporate limits of the Town of Elberta. (The terms of this agreement shall be twenty-four months from the date of full execution of both parties and may be terminated, with or without cause, upon written notice to the other party.)

Background: The Alabama Department of Transportation is replacing old culvert piping under U.S. Highway 98 in Elberta, Alabama in the next few weeks. Mayor Hamby is requesting assistance with the replacement of culvert pipe on right-of-way running north on Main Street.
