Recommendation
Approve an Agreement between the Baldwin County Commission and North Baldwin Animal Shelter, Inc. (NBAS) to allocate funds in the amount of $15,000.00 to NBAS to be used for general purposes in order for the NBAS to provide shelter and adoption services so that stray, abandoned, owner-surrender, neglected, abused and injured animals throughout Baldwin County, Alabama, will have a better chance of survival and finding good homes.

Background: North Baldwin Animal Shelter, Inc. (NBAS) is a domestic non-profit corporation which provides housing and adoption services so that stray, abandoned, owner-surrender, neglected, abused and injured animals throughout Baldwin County, Alabama, will have a better chance of survival and finding good homes.
North Baldwin Animal Shelter, Inc. is registered with the Alabama Secretary of State as a domestic non-profit corporation, Entity ID Number 564-651.
