[Current Precinct No. 49 will be split along CR 44 and CR 13 with the portion south of CR 44 being designated as a new Precinct No. 50 and the portion east of CR 13 being moved to Precinct 43, with the portions north of CR 44 and west of CR 13 remaining as Precinct No. 49.  The Fairhope Avenue Baptist Church will remain as the polling place for Precinct No. 49.

Current Precinct No. 44 will be split along CR 24 with the north portion of the Precinct being designated as a new Precinct No. 50 and the south portion of the Precinct remaining as Precinct No. 44.  The Barnwell Volunteer Fire Department will remain as the polling place for Precinct No. 44.]
