The property adjoins County Road 62 S to the west. The adjoining properties are residential, agricultural, and vacant. The requested zoning designation is RA, Rural Agricultural District. According to the submitted information, the purpose of this request is to allow for a residence and a horse ranch.
The Planning Commission considered this request at their October 3, 2019 meeting and voted to recommend APPROVAL to the County Commission. Staff’s recommendation is to APPROVE the rezoning request.
