Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the lease agreement between the City of Daphne and Baldwin County Commission/Emergency Management Agency for use of the Daphne Civic Center as the venue for the 2020 Baldwin County Disaster Preparedness Expo on June 9, 2020, at no charge.

Background: The Baldwin County Emergency Management Agency will host the annual 2020 Baldwin County Disaster Preparedness Expo on June 9, 2020, from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm at the Daphne Civic Center in Daphne, AL.
The Baldwin County Emergency Management Agency has partnered with local municipalities, volunteer organizations, and local vendors to provide information and materials regarding disaster planning, mitigation, response and recovery to the general public. The event is free and open to the public. The Expo will include educational presentations, volunteer opportunities, preparedness information and resources needed to assist our citizens of Baldwin County in planning for and recovering from the impacts of a disaster.
