Authorize the Chairman to sign a Quitclaim Deed conveying any and all rights and title to a County Parcel on Van Buren Street (Parcel Number: 05-43-03-06-0-004-032.002) to the City of Daphne.

Previous Commission action/date: N/A
Background: A request was made by a citizen to clear vegetation on the Van Buren Street Parcel. This parcel is not maintained by Baldwin County and is completely within Daphne City Limits. After discussion with the City of Daphne, it was determined the parcel should be conveyed to the City. This item was discussed at the Road and Bridge meetings on April 11, 2019, July 18, 2019, and October 25, 2019.
