Recommendation
Take the following actions:
1) Adopt Resolution #2020-020 authorizing and consenting to the transfer of ownership, maintenance and responsibility of Twin Beech Road (County Road 44) (from the intersection of Greeno Road to the intersection of County Road 13, approximately 1.00 miles) and Bishop Road (from the intersection of Fairhope Avenue to the intersection of Edwards Avenue, approximately 0.25 miles) from Baldwin County to the City of Fairhope; and
2) Approve an agreement between Baldwin County and the City of Fairhope for the transfer of Twin Beech Road (County Road 44) (from the intersection of Greeno Road to the intersection of County Road 13, approximately 1.00 miles) and Bishop Road (from the intersection of Fairhope Avenue to the intersection of Edwards Avenue, approximately 0.25 miles) from Baldwin County to the City of Fairhope. (This agreement shall be effective upon full execution.)
