Recommendation
Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the Development Agreement between the Baldwin County Commission and GCOF Reserve at Daphne, LLC., for funding of an auxiliary lane on County Road 64. (This agreement shall be effective upon the date of full execution by both parties and shall be for twenty-four (24) months from its effective date unless terminated by the County upon the delivery of a thirty (30) day notice via certified mail.)

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Previous Commission action/date: N/A
Background: The developer of The Reserve at Daphne Subdivision, Phase II will provide financial assistance to the County in the amount of $125,000.00 to be used at the County’s discretion for the County Road 64 Auxiliary Lane Project. The County will be responsible for preliminary design and engineering, acquiring additional right-of-way (if needed), utility relocation, construction, inspection, and continuing maintenance of the improvements within County right-of-way for the project.
