Approve the promotion of David Bradford from the Landscape Technician I position (PID #4042) grade G-EL ($12.967 per hour / $26,971.36 annually) to fill the open Mechanic I position (PID #5524) at a grade H-EL ($14.246 per hour / $29,631.68 annually) to be effective no sooner than January 20, 2020.
