1) Approve the Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) Program Professional Services Agreements with said agreements to supersede any other previously approved TNR Program Professional Services Agreements for each entity.  The agreements shall commence on January 21, 2020, and continue for a period of one (1) year, expiring January 21, 2021, with an automatic renewal for one additional one (1) year term (expiring January 21, 2022, unless terminated by either party in accordance with the terms of the Agreement); and

2) Authorize the Chairman to execute any additional TNR Program Professional Services Agreements (with the same terms) in the future and have those agreements entered into the record at the next available Commission meeting.

TNR Program Professional Service Agreements signed by Veterinarians are forthcoming.

Previous Commission action/date:  05/01/18, 09/06/18, 10/10/18

Background:  In regular session Commission meetings (dates listed above), the Commission approved and authorized TNR Program Professional Services Agreements for the Baldwin County Animal Shelter.  Since Veterinary Contracts are being renewed, staff respectfully requests that the TNR Program Professional Services Agreements be re-signed as well.  The only change that has been made is to the length of the agreement.  Old Agreements were only for a 90-day period with one automatic renewal of 90 days.
