BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Previous Commission action/date: On 05/01/18, the Commission approved the creation of the Baldwin County Animal Shelter TNR program and approved and authorized TNR Program Professional Services Agreements. On 09/18/18, 10/16/18, 05/21/19, 06/18/19, 07/16/19, and 08/06/19 the Commission approved additional TNR Program Professional Services Agreements and/or the renewal of TNR Program Professional Services Agreements. On 12/17/19 the Commission approved additional Baldwin County Animal Shelter TNR Program funding of $9,990.00.
Background: The Baldwin County TNR Program was created in May of 2018. Various contracted veterinarians have joined the program. Since Veterinary Contracts are being renewed, staff respectfully requests that the TNR Program Professional Services Agreements be re-signed as well. The only change that has been made is to the length of the agreement. Old Agreements were only for a 90-day period with one automatic renewal of 90 days.
