Approve License Agreement No. 19021 permitting Ms. Janice Murry to construct a driveway in order to access her property. (The term of this agreement shall commence on the date of full execution. License for Installation shall terminate at 11:59 on August 31, 2020. License for Maintenance shall be indefinite according to the terms of the agreement.)

Previous Commission action/date: N/A
Background: Ms. Murry would like to construct a concrete or epoxy stabilized aggregate driveway 100 ft X 10 ft to access her property. The licensee shall have the right-of-way surveyed/staked prior to performing work. The driveway will be maintained by the licensee for the portion of the right-of-way that is not County maintained. Licensee will be responsible for obtaining appropriate Fish and Wildlife permits. This agreement is only valid for accessing the property for a single-family residence. Any further development shall not be allowed until a new agreement is obtained and Licensor is willing to provide such access pursuant to this Agreement.
