STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Take the following actions:
1) Approve the reclassification of the Code Enforcement Officer from a salary grade (EC-07 range: $44,476 - $70,450 annually) to a grade EC-08 (EC-08 range: $53,372 - $84,542 annually); and
2) Approve an increase in pay for James Ryan, Code Enforcement Officer, from EC-07 ($68,403.29), to an EC-08 ($71,823.45); and
3) Approve the updated position description for the Code Enforcement Officer; and
4) Approve the updated organizational chart for the Planning and Zoning Department.
These changes will be effective no sooner than February 17, 2020.
