Background: Mr. Jarrett Crum, Chief Hospital Officer for AltaPointe Health, has requested the Commission’s support of an 1115 SMI Waiver which would allow AltaPointe’s two free-standing psychiatric hospitals the ability to bill Medicaid for adults in need of acute psychiatric stabilization.
