STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Take the following actions:

1) Approve the Purchasing Manager to place a competitive bid for the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Sidewalk Curb Ramp Compliance Phase 3 Project; and

2) Approve the Chairman to execute any project related documents.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Previous Commission action/date:  N/A

 

Background:

Sidewalk Curb Ramp sites with ADA deficiencies were identified in the ADA Transition Plan.  The sites included in this project will address all severity condition sites identified for the Phase 3 project.

Total cost of recommendation:  $200,000.00 approved in Fiscal Year 2020 Budget
