STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Authorize the Chairman to execute an engagement agreement for Murchison & Newcomb, L.L.C. to represent the Baldwin County Revenue Commission on matters related to the Baldwin County Commission, including but not limited to property tax appeals. This agreement shall commence upon full execution and approval by the Baldwin County Commission and terminate at any time with or without cause by written notification.

Background: The Revenue Commissioner wishes to establish the services of Murchison & Newcomb, L.L.C. to represent the Revenue Commission regarding the appeal of property tax assessments by property owners and other general matters associated with the Baldwin County Revenue Commission.
