BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Previous Commission action/date: N/A
Background: The Baldwin County Commission funded the resurfacing of James Road from County Road 12 South to County Road 20 in the Fiscal Year 2020 Budget. Upon completion of resurfacing this portion of James Road, the City of Foley has agreed to accept responsibility of this portion of James Road, County Road 12 South from State Highway 59 to James Road, and multiple unopened, unnamed rights-of-way located east of the Foley Beach Express that are now inside or abutting the corporate limits of the City of Foley.
