Recommendation
Take the following actions:
1) Approve the promotion of Marcus Dubuisson from the Laborer position (PID #5493) grade E-EL ($10.781 per hour / $22,242.48 annually) to fill the open Operator Technician I position (PID #643) at a grade G-EL ($12.967 per hour / $26,971.36 annually); and
2) Approve the promotion of Joseph Nelson from the Laborer position (PID #5494) grade E-EL ($10.781 per hour / $22,242.48 annually) to fill the open Operator Technician I position (PID #5433) at a grade G-EL ($12.967 per hour / $26,971.36 annually).
These actions will be effective no sooner than June 8, 2020.
