Recommendation
Adopt Resolution #2020-119 which amends Resolution #2019-075 amending the previously adopted 2018 International Building Code and Baldwin County Supplemental Code for Residential Construction. The effective date of the amendment is October 1, 2020.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Previous Commission action/date: 05/21/2019.
Background:
Baldwin County currently enforces the 2018 International Building Code and Baldwin County Supplemental Code for Residential Construction. The effective date of the amendment is October 1, 2020.
A public hearing will be held on September 15, 2020, during the regular scheduled Commission Meeting.
