Recommendation
Take the following actions:
1) Approve the Purchasing Manager to place a competitive bid for the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) - Sidewalk Curb Ramp Compliance Phase IV Project; and
2) Approve the Chairman to execute any project related documents.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Previous Commission action/date: N/A
Background: Sidewalk Curb Ramp sites with ADA deficiencies were identified in the ADA Transition Plan. The sites included in this project will address all severity condition sites identified for the Phase IV project.
