STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Approve License Agreement No. 20027 permitting Andrew Carver to access an unopened right-of-way between County Road 55 and Dawson Road to construct a driveway to access property for a single-family residence. (The term of this agreement shall commence on the date of full execution. License for Installation shall terminate at 11:59 on February 28, 2021. License for Maintenance shall be indefinite according to the terms of the agreement.)

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

Background:  Mr. Andrew Carver desires to build a driveway 605 feet long by 12 feet wide and install 32 feet of 22 x 13-inch ARCP (arched reinforced concrete pipe) with slope paved head walls to access the property. Any driveway material placed will need to be suitable to the County Engineer. The driveway will be maintained by the Licensee for the portion of the right-of-way that is not County maintained. The Licensee shall have the right-of-way surveyed/staked and erosion control installed prior to performing work. This agreement is only valid for accessing the property for a single-family residence. Any further development shall not be allowed until a new agreement is obtained.
