Recommendation

Approve Resolution #2021-011, Letter of Intent and authorize the Highway Department to submit an application for the Alabama Transportation Rehabilitation and Improvement Program-II (ATRIP-II) for the addition of turn lanes and traffic signal upgrades at the intersection of State Route 104 and County Road 55 in Baldwin County.

Background: The Alabama Department of Transportation is seeking applications for the FY21 Alabama Transportation Rehabilitation and Improvement Program-II.  This resolution and Letter of Intent is included as part of the Sponsors Application.
