Authorize the Chairman to execute a Letter of Support to the Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT) for the Town of Elberta’s Alabama Transportation Rehabilitation and Improvement Program-II (ATRIP-II) Project for the addition of turn lanes at the intersection of U.S. Highway 98 and County Road 87 in Baldwin County.

Background: The Alabama Department of Transportation is seeking applications for the Fiscal Year 2021 Alabama Transportation Rehabilitation and Improvement Program-II. The Town of Elberta has asked the Baldwin County Commission to execute a Letter of Support for the addition of turn lanes at the intersection of U.S. Highway 98 and County Road 87.
