STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Take the following actions:
1) Approve the employment of Ashley Potter to fill the open GIS Coordinator position (PID #5571) at a grade S313 ($58,678.00 annually), with said salary due to experience, to be effective no sooner than December 7, 2020; and
2) Re-title the Personal Property Appraiser I position (PID #1038) to Personal Property Specialist, with no change in pay or grade; and
3) Approve the updated position descriptions for Personal Property Appraiser I, Personal Property Appraiser II, Personal Property Appraiser III, Real Property Current Use Analyst, and Real Property Sales Analyst.
