Take the following action:
Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the attached list of Solid Waste Department equipment for sale by auction at the J.M. Wood Auction facility in Montgomery, Alabama, on March 16-20, 2021.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Previous Commission action/date: 12/17/2019
Background: December 17, 2019 - The Commission approved an Auction Sales Agreement between J.M. Wood Auction Company, Inc., and Baldwin County, which is applicable to all departments of the Commission, with all future auction inventory lists being brought to the Commission for approval. (This agreement became effective January 1, 2020 and will terminate 12 months from its effective date with an automatic renewal for an additional two (2) years, in one (1) year increments, unless cancelled by either party with a 30-day written notice prior to contract renewal.) The Commission also approved and authorized the Chairman to execute the lists of Solid Waste Department and Highway Department equipment for sale by auction at the J.M. Wood Auction facility in Montgomery, Alabama on March 17-21, 2020.
There is a $109,000.00 Gross Guarantee for the Solid Waste Department auction equipment for the March 16-20, 2021, auction. Per the contract, there will be a 6% commission deducted from the proceeds.
