Background:   The subject request involves a 3-acre portion of one parcel which consist of approximately 53 acres.  The current zoning is RA, Rural Agricultural District and the requested zoning is B-3, General Business District, for the purpose of developing a convenience store and gas station.

 

The Planning Commission considered this request at its December 3, 2020 meeting and voted unanimously to recommend APPROVAL to the County Commission.
