The current zoning is RA, Rural Agricultural District and the requested zoning is RSF-2, Single-Family District, for the purpose of allowing for a single-family residential development. The proposed development is in the city of Foley’s ETJ.
The Planning Commission considered this request at its January 7, 2021 meeting and voted five to one to recommend APPROVAL to the County Commission.
