01/19/2021 meeting: Authorized the Purchasing Director to re-bid for the Provision of Bag Ice and authorized the Chairman/Purchasing Division Commissioner for the Baldwin County Commission to approve any necessary addendums or clarifications if required after the bid was advertised.
12/15/2020 meeting: Authorized the Purchasing Director to re-bid for the Provision of Bag Ice and authorized the Chairman/Purchasing Division Commissioner for the Baldwin County Commission to approve any necessary addendums or clarifications if required after the bid was advertised.

Background: Bids were set to open in the Purchasing Conference Room on March 19, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. No bids were received. Staff recommends the Commission authorize the Purchasing Director to re-bid for the Provision of Bag Ice.
