Previous Commission action/date: March 6, 2019 - Last BCC Action
Mr. Archer’s term expired November 21, 2020, and he has agreed to continue as a board member for another six (6) year term.
The Public Building Authority of Baldwin County, Alabama, is comprised of three (3) Board of Directors, appointed by the Baldwin County Commission at the November 21, 2006, regular meeting. All members of the Board of Directors must be [1] residents of Baldwin County and [2] not be an officer of the State, the County or any incorporated municipality. The terms of office shall be six (6) years. All members serve without compensation, but can be reimbursed for actual expenses incurred in the performance of their duties.
