STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Take the following actions:
1) Approve the employment of Candace Harper to fill the open Real Property Support Technician I position (#5003), grade 305 ($13.910 per hour / $28,932.80 annually); and
2) Approve the employment of Joseph Pearse to fill the open Real Property Appraiser Trainee position (#5300), grade 309 ($16.910 per hour / $35,172.80 annually); and
3) Approve the promotion of Matthew Boyington from the Real Property Analyst II position (PID #5569), grade 314 ($23.170 per hour / $48,193.60 annually) to fill the open Real Property Appraisal Supervisor position (PID #5302) at a grade S316 ($53,217.00 annually).
These actions will be effective no sooner than May 24, 2021.
