Request from Lillian Volunteer Fire Department to Hold a Fundraiser Memorial Day Weekend at Lillian Boat Launch

STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Approve the request from the Lillian Volunteer Fire Department to use the Lillian Boat Launch property for a fundraiser on Saturday, May 29, 2021, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to raise money for the purchase of a new truck. The event would include a small food truck (a permit from the Health Department has already been received).
Commission approval will be contingent upon the VFD providing the County with a certificate of liability insurance that meets County requirements prior to the event taking place.
