BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Previous Commission action/date:
10/06/2021 meeting: Approved the AIA Contract for Architectural services with Adams Stewart Architects, LLC, for the renovations and additions at the Administration Building at Magnolia Landfill in the amount of 5.5% of the construction cost plus normal reimbursable expenses and authorized the Chairman to execute the Contract and any related documents.
Background: The Architect, Todd Stewart with Adams Stewart Architects is presenting to the Commission for approval the final design of the office renovations and additions to the Baldwin County Solid Waste Collections Building in the Summerdale. The Architects estimated construction cost is $650,000.00 for this project. Staff recommends the Commission approve the final design and authorize the Purchasing Director and Architect, Todd Stewart to bid the project.
