Take the following actions:
1) Approve the sale of the following vehicle on GovDeals.com through the Clerk/Treasurer:
2006 Chevrolet Silverado VIN# 1GCEC14X56Z147820 (147,674 Miles)
2) Authorize funds from the sale of the vehicle to be deposited into the General Fund.

Previous Commission action/date: N/A
Background: 2006 Chevrolet Silverado used by custodial staff at the Bay Minette Administration Office (VIN# 1GCEC14X56Z147820) needs engine repair and new tires. The estimate to repair the engine exceeds the value of the vehicle. Because the vehicle has been removed from service, it is recommended it be offered for sale on GovDeals.com in “where is, as is” condition with no warranty (expressed or implied) included.

Victoria Key will provide documentation to accounting for the auction and will prepare the vehicle for auction, pick up, and show the vehicle to bidder’s upon bidder’s request at the Baldwin County Commission Office.
