STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
To coincide with the Presiding Judge’s Order dated May 13, 2021 (which became effective May 21, 2021), approve the revised COVID-19 policies, mandates and restrictions, which removes the mask requirement in the Bay Minette Courthouse and the Fairhope Satellite Courthouse public lobby areas.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Previous Commission action/date: 04/06/2021 - BCC approved the revised operational procedures for Baldwin County facilities related to COVID-19 restrictions pursuant to the Governor’s Order dated March 23, 2021 to be affective on April 9, 2021.
Background:
All COVID-19 policies, mandates and restrictions related to the courts, expired on May 21, 2021, at 4:30 p.m. Since May 21, 2021, each Judge sets the rules and regulations for their individual dockets.
