Recommendation
Related to the E-911 Building located at 23130 McAuliffe Drive, Robertsdale, Alabama, 36567, take the following action:
Pursuant to the authority granted the Baldwin County Commission at §11-3-11 (a) (1) of the Code of Alabama 1975 and Section 6 of Act No. 239 (1931), as amended, and without limitation, adopt Resolution #2021-123 of the Baldwin County Commission, which designates the rooms to be occupied in the E-911 Building located at 23130 McAuliffe Drive, in Robertsdale, Alabama.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Previous Commission action/date: August 3, 2021
Background: During its August 3, 2021, Regular meeting, the Baldwin County Commission approved a Real Estate Lease Agreement between the Baldwin County Commission and the Baldwin County Emergency Communication District for the BCC to lease the real property (old E-911 Building) located at 23130 McAuliffe Drive, in Robertsdale, Alabama, for a term of ninety-nine (99) years, commencing on the 1st day of September, 2021, and ending on the 31st day of August, 2120.
At this time, staff proposes space allocations for the E-911 Building in Robertsdale, Alabama, as per the attached floor plan. The building is to be occupied by the Revenue Commission Reappraisal Department with two equipment rooms used by the CIS Department.
According to Alabama General Law and Baldwin County Local Law, as recited in the attached resolution, the Baldwin County Commission has the sole authority to locate the courts and designate office space to be utilized by the various county officers and/or offices at all Baldwin County Commission facilities.
