Recommendation

Adopt Resolution #2021-119, which approves Case Z-21028, Weaver Property, as it pertains to the rezoning of 4.70 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 22, from RA, Rural Agricultural District to RR, Rural District.

Background:  The subject request involves one parcel which consist of approximately 4.70 acres.  The current zoning is RA, Rural Agricultural District and the requested zoning is RR, Rural District, for the purpose of allowing an existing accessory structure to be used for auto repair and to allow for a small auto sales business.  If the rezoning request is approved the applicant will need approval of a Special Exception to allow the proposed uses.
