BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Previous Commission action/date:
10/05/2021 meeting: 1) Approved the specifications and authorized the Purchasing Director to place a competitive bid for the purchase of one (1) New 2021 Ford Expedition XLT 4x4 or equivalent for District 1 Commissioner; and 2) Further, authorized the Chairman/Purchasing Division Commissioner for the Baldwin County Commission to approve any necessary addendums or clarifications if required after the bid is advertised.
Background: Bids were opened in the Purchasing Conference Room on October 15, 2021, at 1:30 P.M. One (1) bid was received. Staff recommends the Commission award the bid to Johnson Ford Inc., for the purchase of One (1) New Ford Expedition XLT 4x4 for the Baldwin County Commission.
