Consider the 050 - Retail Beer (Off Premises Only) and 070 - Retail Table Wine (Off Premises Only) license application for The Cold Spot, LLC d/b/a The Cold Spot, located at 38255 State Highway 225, Bay Minette, Alabama 36507, and approve the issuance of said license by the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Board, if the public hearing does not reveal a legitimate reason to deny the application.
