Waive Baldwin County Commission Policy #9.10 - Engineering, Environmental Monitoring and Surveying Services and approve on-call consultant Mott MacDonald Alabama, LLC to perform design services for the County Road 65 Extension from County Road 28 to County Road 32 Project with design fees not to exceed $174,803.00.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Previous Commission action/date:
September 21, 2021 - The Commission adopted Resolution #2021-128 and approved the FY 2022 budget allocating $175,000.00 for design of the County Road 65 Extension Project.
Background: The Highway Department has selected Mott MacDonald Alabama, LLC to prepare plans and specifications for the County Road 65 Extension Project. The proposed fee of $174,803.00 exceeds the $100,000.00 limit outlined in Baldwin County Policy #9.10.
