Approve the request from Gateswood Volunteer Fire Department to close County Road 112 for its Annual Christmas Parade on December 4, 2021, between 11:30 a.m. and 11:45 a.m., with the route beginning at 33014 County Road 112 (Gateswood Fire Department), traveling to 32815 County Road 112 (Hamilton Baptist Church), and returning to Gateswood Volunteer Fire Department.

On October 25, 2021, Administration staff received a request from Ms. Tara Stracener, Assistant Chief for the Gateswood Volunteer Fire Department, requesting approval to close County Road 112 for the Gateswood Volunteer Fire Department’s Annual Christmas Parade on December 4, 2021. The parade will begin at 11:30 a.m. and will conclude at 11:45 a.m.
